Particular attention is paid to the ecosystem, and its impact on physical and emotional states. Our autonomic neuronal system is designed to ensure our survival. However, sometimes it gets disturbed, and we are either stuck in a constant agitation state of chronic stress (fight or flight) or, on the contrary, we can feel without energy, like frozen, in a state of withdrawal (immobilized). <\/p>\n

I’ve been trained in Interpersonnal Intelligence, a therapeutic discipline that provides stress assessment and management, based on latest knowledge in neurophysiology (Dr Stephen Porges, The Poylvagal Theory).<\/p>\n

I accompany you towards internal safety state. You’ll be able to recover your inner calm and energy, which are key to face changes, and free up your potential and natural creativity. After just a few sessions, you will have learnt how to regulate yourself thanks to the activation of your vagal nerve; you will be equiped to reconnect to yourself and others. <\/p>\n

Individual sessions or in small groups, tailor made and on the job training, adapted to specific needs. Learn how to read the physical manifestations of your autonomic neuronal system. Training workshops in emotionnal intelligence for self regulation and durable stress management.<\/p>\n
