Fertile process composed of 4 steps allowing employees to express themselves and engage in a constructive debate. This approach helps to break down the divide between leaders and managers, who learn to listen to each other better and understand each other’s issues, needs and limits.
1. Voluntary individual interviews.
2. Debriefing of the interviews, with cross-referencing of perspectives. All points of view are represented in a summary document, which is shared with management and distributed to all employees.
3. Discussion/debate. The opportunity for a constructive debate, thanks to a security framework.
4. Decision time. The leaders come back to the group, present and explain their vision and decisions, which take into account the discussions and constraints.
